Notch offers a range of rooms, halls and spaces for hire, suited to a variety of needs, events and functions across multiple sites.

Notch’s venues have the added benefit of interactive floor plans with real-time availability. This allows you to view availability and book directly from a live and interactive map, custom designed to perfectly match your required floor layout.

We can offer:

- Shared office space
- A space for hotdesking options, meetings or group sessions
- Hire by hour, the day or regular weekly hire
- Multiple sites available

For your convenience all venue hire is managed through our online booking system

Skedda becomes our fantastic book on line program where you, thanks to the self-service convenience can view availability and book directly from a live, intuitive, interactive map, custom designed to perfectly match a required floor layout.

We offer a discounted price of hire to Not-For-Profits. To access this, please refer to Skedda.

*NB: Public liability insurance is required for all venue hire at Notch. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure they have adequate public liability insurance cover, with a copy sent to the Notch team.

Playgroup

Notch offers the provision of customised weekly free to attend playgroup sessions throughout the Northern Beaches of Townsville with a focus on both parental and child support, connection and community engagement.

Community Garden

Notch has a vibrant established Community Garden located on site as we cultivate/harvest fresh food for the community. Food produced will go into our community food programs that support locals with the cost of living.

Community Support Programs

An unexpected crisis or life event, need support with paying a bill then Notch has an Emergency Relief funded program. Food Programs provide support to those experiencing food insecurity to combat the cost of living.

Social Isolation & Loneliness Project

Our "Place to Belong" Program tackles social isolation and loneliness in community by fostering connection though social opportunities thanks to our events, social groups and social prescribing service. Free to participate and open to all we'd love to connect with more of the Townsville community who would benefit from our program.

Disaster Servicing

Based on our experiences of the 2019 and 2025 Townsville floods, the covid pandemic and various cyclone events we have now set up Notch as a Disaster Recovery Hub for the Northern Beaches focusing on disaster preparedness, response and resilience.
